consume protein

Is it ok to consume protein when i don't have workout on that day? Or should i?
When will be the best time to consume it to get affective muscle growth...

There is alot of argument regarding protein in our diets... True bodybuilders and need more for muscle growth... THE average person should have about 1/3 of their days intake as protein, and morning and lunch time is the best times so that you gain the benefit of it during the days activities whether training or not..

Ow I'm just worried because i consume supplement protein and afraid if i consume the same as my work out day it will be too much.

if on the days you are not going to be training i would definitely not be taking the supplements

ow so just take protein from usual food...
