Has anyone had any luck with eLance?

Wow, now that's super scary!!! Did you contact the site and ask how this happened? After you cancelled your account, did it stop? Sorry I am not a member of this site but the address scare caught my attention. Talk about privacy issues.

Well, for one, the site is a total scam. No wonder they posted your address.

I just looked eLance up on SwagBucks; never heard of it before. Have not tried it before but sound intriguing. Don't think I want my address floating around the net though. Maybe cancellling your account was wise on your part.

I've seen discussions where people are stating that they do well on freelance sites like eLance but I've also heard that a lot of the work being offered was low paid and going to the lowest bidders. I haven't visited eLance for a while so I can't say how it is now. I'm finding other freelance sites the same though. They seem interested in the lowest bidders rather than quality of the work or will change the terms and conditions after accepting your bid. The only work I would take up is article writing, if it's not accepted or not paid for I can still use it on some of the article writing sites so I haven't completely wasted my time.

i tried this sites before long time and until today i do not get any job at all thought i do write for other sites, but that site is not working for me, i do not konw what is wrong or why its not doing ok, thought there are very tasks that super simple
