I was watching a video in youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WQj1S0lcP64&feature=related and I couldnt believe that God allowed this to happen. Young people killed young people. And I think the youngest victim from the said video was only 2 years old boy. I have a 5 year old and a 1 year old daughters, I had a thought what if one day I'll be called by somebody and tell me my my children was injured or killed by some unguided/ Godless children. I would definitely be furious. As I watched the video I was kept telling myself justice should be imposed even to young convicts. Because here in the Philippines minors cant be put to jail.. I think if minors were convicted and proved guilty of a crime they will only be brought to an institution for rehabilitation. But for the parents of the victims I dont think it is all enough. So my clear disposition for the said situation laws should be applied regardless of age. But for discussion sake What if you are the parents of the offender would you like to see your children walk their path to jail or worst to be put on death row?? As a parent I wouldnt like and please God forbid to be in either situation

I think that evil people are evil no matter what age and should be put away for life so that they don´t do more harm. I read there that one of them got away with 10 years because of her age. I wonder what she will do after she´s out. In my country the law is extremelly light for children. But there are younsters that are not children anymore but are legally children because of their age. They get away with a lot of things. It´s terrible.

Hello Marguicha! I will tell you a story happened here in my community. A young boy about 8-10 year old attempted to rob a small store but luckily he was caught by the owner and reported to the police, when the policemen arrived he was brought in the police station accompanied by his mother. But some bystander overheard her mother saying " Dont worry son you will not go to jail because you are still minor age." what kind of a mother to support such kind of ill doing of a son? and I dont understand really why there must be exemption to the law. Why cant it be " Young people with ignorance to the law excuses no one"

Maybe the solution of that problem would be to have the parents serve the remainder of the sentence. Then they would take more care about how they raise their children and when to get psichiatric help if needed. I still think that those evil children at youtube were mentally ill in an evil way.

Yes thats what it must be. Parents must also be accountable since they have a cardinal responsibility on their children, to guide them in every way mold them to be a law abiding citizen and not to add burden to their community.
