good day fellow mylotters, just a quick one, i really do not know why some people judge others according to what they wear. i mean, some people keep on commenting, to the personality of the person according to the clothes he/she wears. just like what i witnessed, that, she accused the girl to be a not a straight one since she wore clothes which was being used by a typical guy.

hi, i think i will not agree on that because now a days many of both girls and boys wear clothes that not for them like to the boys, some of them use fitted clothes but to be a sexy guy who have masculine body, also in a girl, maybe they are only comfortable to loose clothes.so i will not base on the clothes they wear.

No matter how hard we try not to judge people.. it is hard.. Especially in what they wear, since it is the first thing a person sees.. and what you wear usually defines what you are.. so people should be careful too.

Definitely, clothing is not an appropriate way to judge how people are. People shouldn't and do not have the right to judge any person on the basis of what he/she wears. Whatever a person wears, let it be a girl or boy, depends on his/her liking. As you gave an example of a girl who wears clothes which are worn by a guy, might be she loves to wear such kind of clothes and finds it cool. Sometimes, in few places, people also comment on girls who wear very short clothes. I don't understand why don't people make such comments on boys. I mean in few places such as Scotland, a few boys wear dresses that are similar to what girls wear. I mean I am not saying to comment on boys and their attires, it is their wish what they wear. But people shouldn't comment on what anybody wears. It is completely wrong to judge any person on what he/she wears!

Clothes really are just something that people are going to get judged by all of the time. Even if no one comes out and says anything, it is what is left unsaid, what people are thinking when they see someone. One of the first things people notice are rather going to judge is their clothes and that might be a somewhat accurate judgment but not likely. Of course, clothes can also get someone a more favorable impression that really do not deserve it. Your typical corporate scumbag, often times does wear a nice suit, have a nice hair cut, and looks respectable. As he screws his employees over to put some extra money right in his pocket. But he really does look like a nice respectable guy. So he couldn't be that bad. Except for the fact that he is that bad.

The choices of clothes by a person reflects the personality of a person is not absolute. I believe that the getup of a person does not always spell his or her personality. These are quite deceiving and only skin deep. You can learn the true personality if you have the chance to know him or her more for a quite some time.

I care a lot about what I wear, but I never judge a person by his clothes. I think it's not right to do it in this way. No matter wheter clothes can tell something about one's personality or not. We shall not judege a person by its appearance. That's what I believe in. Sometimes I also make comments about clothes but I will not relate it with personality. It think it is just about fashion, nothing to do with personality.

A physical impression of your personality is relevant to the clothes you wear. If the girl wears typical boys' clothing, then one might conclude she is a tomboy, as well as the same if a guy wears girls' clothing, then he would be gay. Appropriate and being-well groomed reflects one to be neat and clean and conscious about his/her physical appearance, which would make one to conclude that he/she has good traits.

It depends.. to me it's not important how expensive they are, the brand or how modern but clothes do say a lot about a person. Clean is important to me.

it's a very sad thing that people categorize others by their dress but unfortunately they do and have done so since the age of man have you ever heard of the motorcycle rally in Sturges? I have met some of the best people there some of them may look like the scruffy, leather clad biker and be a doctor or lawyer! my fiance, although retired now, worked for a nonprofit church group and he's a biker!

Well, people nowadays are very judgmental and we cannot avoid that. Clothes can be a basis of a person's personality but aren't a good basis. You'll know in one glance if a person is rich or not. Just wear anything as long as you feel comfortable in it. Don't think about their opinions, you're the one wearing that and not them. Chin up!
