Charity and margin of profit !!!

Unless a charity is non profit the charity will keep a certain percent of the money. When asked the charity is required to to tell you their margin of profit (the amount of money they make per year that they keep) otherwise it is illegal. I want make people aware of that and also want to ask what charities are the worst offenders of this?
