i've responded to more than 30 discussions and started 9 discussions here in mylot (i know its few :P) but i only got $0.08. can somebody explain why i've got few rewards than what i expected. i thought that every single discussion that we respond, we'll get $0.01.

that is true. at first, it really disappoints me when i saw that my earnings are too little. i even stop coming to this site for a while. but now, i came back and start to get more involved in discussions. i realized that this site really helps me in improving my english. i'll try my best to be more active from now on.

Hi
You are member here since 2 years, but you aren't that active.. I have seen your discussions and other things, and noticed that in some discussion you haven't replied to your responses(means haven't commented back).. and for those which you have did, its just one liner.. Mylot have clearly stated that we should be more descriptive.. So if you will post with more details, your earning will be surely increased. It's like write more earn more, but surely by keeping all guidelines in mind.

i'm not very active before because i only sign up just for the sake of earning some money. when i saw that my rewards does not increase i stopped coming to this site. but a couple of days ago, i come to this site again and start responding to some discussions. i found that this site really benefits me in improving my english. so i'll try my best to be more active in the future

Earnings for activity up until midight by the clock at the bottom of the page (myLot's time zone) have not yet updated. In fact on your earnings page at the bottom it states: "participation and referral earnings last updated 22 hours ago"
There is NO set rate for anything except tasks here. MyLot is not a paid-to-post site. We earn for our overall participation. If your activity is worth nothing then that is what you will earn for it, nothing.
Read this topic to understand even better:

Sometime it pays on MyLot not to be here just for the sake of earning money. The amount they pay here is not that much in terms of income in the US. I don;t care for the idea of posting just for the sake of making money. That's why I only start discussions or respond to one's that are about something I care about. Of course as I approach the payout level I might post more often or start more discussions (LOL) but I've only reached a payout twice.

As I said, I don't post that often. I think I have been a member for a few years. The last time I collected was a few months ago. Now I am up over $2 again. I think my earnings are doing better when I start discussions. I only start a few a week though. Perhaps I am earning because I'm coming up with better discussions.

ThereĀ“s no such a thing about a cent per discussion. But keep at it, hve fun, get friends, expand your interests, and you will start earning a lot more money. Then you will not ask yourself how much they paid you for this or that, but you will be thinking how to answer your friend or how to tell us what is happening to you Happy posting!

i think, to make your respond count, you should make it a quality respond. as i have observed, responses that are informative earns a cent.

I am also confused..i was on mylot until 3am and i even hit the 100 mark..but when i got up this morning and checked it, it had went back down? im not so much concerned about the earnings, but what happen to my post count?

That number is not a post count because it does not include akk of your activity. It is not related to earnings either. If it went down it is because your posts (topics started, responses or comments) were delted duse to violations. Check your email because you should receive notification when a deletion takes place.
