What is the importance of relaxation?

Well,i always want enough sleep and tired through five working days a week.So how do you guys think?Is that important to you?I really look forward a easy and happy life.Therefore,that is an important factor that need us to pay attention to.

Espeially for women, enough sleeping is very important as like flowers, women will wither by water losing during the staying up ! Each time after I surf the net very late, I find myself almost a ugly ghost !I really want to change !

hi jricky! It is really important to have relaxation not only physically but also emotionally and spiritually. If you're up working for how many hours in a day pretty sure you'll be stressed up and so you need time to relax and freshen up. Relaxing helps you to be regain energy that you lost while working and thus helps you to be more productive. Aside from that, you need to relax and have some time alone with your self to meditate and realize that life isn't just about work. Good luck jricky! :)

Honestly,i spend around 11 hours on the internet a day!That's incredible and i'm trying to spend less time doing this and i need break.However,including 8 hours work made me really annoyed by that.Just need to wait and i wanna go for further education next year and change this situation.Happy posting.

Relaxation is quite important physically and behaviorally. It really helps relieve stress from everyday routine especially from work and household chores. To relax is to give yourself a break and having time to enjoy or have fun or just simply having a fine time alone and have rest.

Get organized will help you to have time to relax in my opinion. Maybe you can change your work location that can save you alot of time and money. I also believe if you do some physical exercise you could have good stamina to keep going.

Being relaxed for a long weekend would be good for our health because we can refresh our minds away from lot's of problem in our studies and work. People doesn't need to work 24 hours for me because it would make them feel sick because they don't have the time to rest their mind and body. We need also lot's of sleep to have the energy to work again with positive attitude. Yes, I know people want to work harder to earn money for their family and also to their dreams and goals in life.

yes, I agree. I always sleep too late, 12pm. later, but that make me so exhausted in the moring and during the whole day, Which causes me to lose the interest to work and enjoy life !I really want to change this harmfull habit. Thanks for telling !

Relaxation is really a great need for every worker like us. Me, I used to work six days a week and I guess I long for it much more than you do. I have been crying inside to get a break from work. To relax is actually to get refreshed and recharged in mind, hear and body. You are quite right to want for a happy and easy life. Relaxation is just one of the things to make such life. We need work too to be happy and have an easy life because no earnings can make life hard, in the other hand. get a break sometimes..

Relaxation is very important for you're mind body and spirit. If you spend you're life working to hard and never being good to yourself you will grow old before you're time! Be good to yourself you can have all the riches in the world but without you're health you're life is crap!
