Cayenne pepper

Cayenne pepper is a great product, it has so many benefits to the body including helping with weight loss. Cayenne pepper has been claimed to speed up your metabolism by as much as %25. Aside form boosting your metabolism it can also suppress your appetite, which means that you will feel fewer hunger pangs and eat less food.
I have been eating healthy and exercising now for a number of weeks and seen very little results so as of today I am going to include cayenne pepper in my everyday diet by simply having it in hot water every morning, its claimed to give great energy boosts so it's a good idea to have it in the morning. So i am having my first cup now and wow it is hot! but hopefully ill start feeling the benefits.
Does anyone include cayenne pepper in their diets?

I use cayenne pepper for cooking sometimes, but I never use anything for diets. I either like or dislike what I add to a dish and I love to cook. So, for me, the flavour and beauty of the dish is what counts. I know enough about nutrition to make a well balanced meal though.
