Hi,
I've watch the Oklahoma City games on NBA playoff and they sweep their opponents with ease. Now that they are on the West Finals. It seems that they don't have the edge on their current opponent San Antonio Spurs. I thought OKC will pull it off.. Maybe they are too young to get the West Championship.
too disappointed

There really is nothing wrong with the Thunder. It's just that the Spurs are really rolling in the playoffs and they got a great rhythm in this season. I am a Thunder's fan and I am quite disappointed with the results. But I can't deny the fact that the Spurs are really playing great ball. I just hope that the Thunder can cope up going back to their home court and win. I think that they just needed some boost to get going for this series. But I say that the Spurs are a really good team. Having the Thunder facing them is already something to be proud of. But still, I am rooting for my Thunder to bounce back and win it all. Don't lose hope. Kevin Durant is a competitor.

Now see Game 3! The Thunder have rebounded which makes this series something to look out for. Nice composure and game played by the young Thunder, beating the Spurs and not collapsing to the tune of a big lead. I think that we have a nice series at hand so keep on watching!

That's true agent but the spurs is a very consistent team playoffs every year...they have been here so many time before that this is just second nature to them...the are a very seasoned team and have alot of smart basketball players on their team... they play consistent team basket ball which will win championships...not taken anything from OKC case they are also a great team...but the Spurs have more experience..

The Spurs have held on to their home court advantage. Oklahoma has not lost a game in the playoffs this year at home. I'm not sure this series is over yet. I think the Spurs will win but I still think this series will go six or seven games. Spurs were hot last night and they won a tight one in the first game. This can swing back the other way just as easily. I'm looking forward to the rest of the series. These are two good teams. Even if the Thunder don't go on to the championship round their future is bright.

The spurs are a good road team too...idk how the out come will come... and i honestly dont believe that the spurs can play any worse than they did in the first game...the only person that balled was manu... parker didnt show up neither did duncan and that will not happen in the rest of the series...OKC is a great team but the spurs are a power house and OKC gne have to bring it for the rest of the season cause it is very possible tat they can get swept in this series by the spurs..

I believe the Spurs demonstrated in game three that they could play worse than they did in game one. Errant pass off the coconut is humiliating at any level. The question is, how will they respond. If OKC manages to win game four we have a dogfight on our hands. Spurs don't want any series to go the distance. They longer it takes to put OKC away the less chance they have to take a championship. Those old bodies need to avoid as much mileage as possible.

Oklahoma had swept Dallas but not Lakers. Spurs swept both opponents on the first two rounds. Both teams are very good but Spurs has been remarkable now after last year's performance. Just today, we've seen how the OKC bounced back from the series and is now trailing 2 games to 1. The battle has just begun. But in my opinion, SAS will beat OKC in 6 games. SAS offense and defense is so fluent and beautiful.

yah.. Spurs has the upper hand in this series.. Spurs had many veterans in their team unlike OKC only had 2 promising stars and 1 Veteran which is too old though..

im not surprise that OKC can't make it, to make an edge to san antonio spurs. on their game 1. it is very clear that the youthful team of OKC can't overcome to the veterans big three on san antonio spurs. spurs is the best team in west. they make a straight win once the playoff started. they sweep their opponent on first round and on the second round, they sweep again in 4-0 the LA Clippers.
And now. what a great win again in game 2 by spurs.
If the spurs and coach greg push their win into 3-0. it is very clear to the whole team of youthful OKC that their are not deserving to the finals

i agree, the spurs are just to experienced for OKC, and wisdom goes along way, the spurs big three have been playing together for years and they know each other so well it impossible to stop them... they know the little things to win and the perfect it.. and it doesnt help the Tony Parker is just a beast and cannot be stopped by anyone...in my opinion the best point guard in the league...best underrated player of his time..

Hello joshua! It's still to early to be disappointed with Oklahoma Thunders. It may seem to you that they don't have an edge over San Antonio Spurs but hey it's not over yet, maybe on the third game they are more empowered and assertive to win the game. Also, reaching up to the West finals is already a very big thing for OKC .

yah! I know, but with the performance of the Spurs lately. Do you think that Spurs will let OKC in their every meeting.. Let's say Spurs wants to end this. If OKC slips a win I think it's a tough one before they get a win over Spurs

i think they are too young enough to defeat a very great and experience build up team like san antonio but lets see if they tied this one.. the ball is round anything can happen.

Yeah I also thought that Oklahoma would be able to beat the San Antonio Spurs but right now it doesn't really look like they can. I think that there coach has been making some mistakes as far as his lineups in the game. In game 1 he was playing Kendrick Perkins more than Serge Ibaka and Ibaka needs to be out on the floor more than Perkins because he's better all around.
In game 2 Scott Brooks played Derek Fisher more than Tabo Sefolosha and Fisher went like 1 for 9 in the game. For Oklahoma to have a better chance they need to go with a line up of Russel Westbrook, Tabo Sefolosha, James Harden, Kevin Durant, and Serge Ibaka. Still even with the right line ups I'm not sure that they can beat the Spurs. Overall the Spurs are looking great and at this point I see them winning the NBA championship because I don't see Miami or the Boston Celtics standing a chance against them.

Nah, OKC is a fresh team to begin with and their slot at the West Finals is a remarkable achievement for a new team. Spurs is a different League, remember how many championships they held way before. The mixture of Veteran Leadership and Young players is effective, they said also that Spurs is also a good road team. We can't tell if this series is over yet. Probably OKC will have some preventive measures against SA Spurs.

OKC is a great team San Antonio is just a better team... the Spurs are more experienced they have been in this position for many years, dont get me wrong i believe OKC can athletically beat the spurs but san antonio has what you call old man game they know how to think and play at the same time...with age comes wisdome and instead of overpowering ur opponent you out smart them and play team ball...the spurs realize it not a one man show and it take a team effort to win championships. that's why the have 4 already as a team...I dnt see spurs sweeping OKC but i do see them winning out if the west and if the spurs win out the west the will win the NBA Finals...cause the heat are to inconsistent
