Was Dr. Rashad Khalifa a messenger of God?

Salam.
I heared that Dr Rashad Khalifa was a messenger of God. After long time of prophet Muhammad God sent another messenger of God. Do you believe he was a messenger of God? I am not sure, please input your comments or believe in this regard. Thank you. Was-salam.

"Muhammad is not the father of [any] one of your men, but [he is] the Messenger of Allah and last of the prophets. And ever is Allah, of all things, Knowing"
(Quran 33:40)
All Messengers are prophets, All Prophets are not messengers. Prophet Mohammed is the last of propehts so he is the last of messengers as well. So anyone claiming prophet or rasul after Prophet Mohammed is a big liar.

No Rashad Khalifa wasnt a messenger of God cuz as Muslims we all knnow that Muhammad Mustafa was the last messenger of Allah. This man is a false prophet as was foretold during the time of the Holy Nabi that there will be those who claim to be prophets but they will be false prophets.
