So I took my phone in and they are claiming itwas physical damage to the phone so I either pay $200 to repair it or buy I new one this is absolute crappie I don't have that kind of money lyi get around!!! And the phone earlier was sitting on my table when is spontaneously broke no physical damage the worst part is I can't have this phone gone for any length of time as all the adoptions from my local shelter call me to set up appointments animals might miss out on. Forever homes if I don't get a new phone quickly not good at all

Sorry to hear about your phone, and the run around they're giving you. One option may be to get a cheaper phone, one you wouldn't normally buy yourself temporarily just for the forever homes program. I don't know if this short term fix is an option or not, but it's a thought. I wish you luck on resolving the problem quickly, for both you and the animals your helping. Best Wishes!

I called another bell store from work and they said I can bring in an of phone and they can hook it up for free to my account untill I can afore a new blackberry at least that way I can get all the adoption calls so my parents gave everyone and old phone and im taking it in tomorrow
