Yesterday we got the Woman in Black in the mail from Netflix. We watched last night, and while I don't think the trailers showed the movie line well, I enjoyed it. It was disturbing, don't get me wrong anything that has to do with something like that and children, is always disturbing to most. But my friend and I had a disagreement on the ending of the movie, and I'm wondering what you guys think.
I think in her own morbid way the Woman in Black, was trying to repay the favor to Aurthur, by reuniting him with his wife he missed so much, as a thank you for reuniting her with her own dead son. My friend disagrees and thinks she was still just a vengeful spirit. What do you think, Myloters?

I have seen the movie and I think the horror is just ok and I enjoyed it. As for the ending, I agree with your friend. The woman was still not in peace even though her child was found and was put in the bedroom. As what the woman said, "she will not forgive", just means that she doesn't care what Arthur did and will still continue to hunt the children.

I found the movie The Woman In Black as the boring one I have ever seen, I didn't like it at all.
I saw the trailer and was impressed with it but was disappointed after watching it ..

I have not seen it, but I have Netflix and will look to see if I can watch it instantly. Sounds like it might be pretty good and different. We get tired of the same ole stuff. You should watch Skin it was really good and heartbreaking.
