Confused with Nuffnang

Hello MyLotters. I was wondering if there are any rules or requirements to place nuffnang ads in my blog? I've put ads from Nuffnang already but my friend told me that the requirements are not that easy to get. I look at my blog with those ads and I think it looks fine. Do you know how Nuffnang goes? Please help me.
