You know, anything that is natural and organic is healthy and good for the body. Anything that is canned, and full of junk, isn't.

Eggs in general are good for one's health. But the yolk of eggs is full of cholesterol content which in turn is a harmful substance to bodily health. The white of an egg could be preferred to eating as it would not pose the threat of increased cholesterol levels.

Also depends where you are getting your eggs as to how healthy they Are as well store bought eggs mostly come from factory farms were the chickens are not only severely abused and neglected but also fed all kinds of chemical altered food and hormones to get them to produce more eggs this is not that healthy needless to say while I raise my own chickens for both meat and eggs the chin kens are free range and only fed natural foods you can honestly twist the difference in the eggs as free range chickens eat alot more bugs veggies etc the egg have a much better twist to them

Eggs are good for the health especially when you eat white part of boiled eggs which contains more vitamins and minerals that are good for our body. I don't like eating the red or yellow part since it is mainly high in cholesterol which is not good for my heart.

I eat eggs everyday. I make omelets. They are very good for you. My diet is so limited though I am actually getting tired of eating them everyday. I am looking for different foods I can eat. I have gastroparesis and its hard to eat alot but I have to stay on the diet.

Good source of protein. Just don't overdo it. Anything in excess is always harmful. I used to put egg whites with calamansi on my face. It's like having a very cheap face lift. And you're right, it's good for the hair, too, because it makes dull hair look shinier. Ah, but in both instances of course, you don't really eat the egg. But, I like eating eggs, too. And there are so many ways to prepare it.

I believe that any food will bring no hard to ourselves as long as we know how much we should consume them.(^^)
If we according to what we need in medium intakes, it will not going to give any bad effect to the body. If we look at those who suffer from bad diseases most of it because of their unhealthy diet.(^^)
