For me it is really important to have breakfast otherwise it is difficult to sit sitll for work becuase it is so hungry. But My colleage rarely have breadfast, he can resist it.May be he has got used to not having breakfast. I think breakfast is good for health and can keep one's basic .So it is necessary to have it

Morning food is the New cycle of cinsumtion in your body. All is true and breakfast lets you endure morning tasks without fatigue. I like juice and water with breakfast and a small glass of milk.

It probably is, but I never eat it, I'm afraid. I used to; but as I'm not a deep sleeper, I tend to be pretty tired when I wake up, and breakfast would just make me want to get back into bed. Food makes me sluggish. And I'm not a good sleeper. So, I will drink coffee or tea first thing in the morning in place of breakfast. It's not healty, I know it, but I don't see any other option, given my usually un-energised and unrefreshed condition upon awaking. Coffee provides a little relief from my sluggishness for a while; but food would just knock me out. I didn't used to be like this; it's just the way it's turned out.

Thanks for the suggestion, but only coffee on its own works for me; any food, with coffee or otherwise, will just make me want to go back to bed!

I think so since some articles show the importances of breakfast. breakfast is the first nutrition and energy supply for our body before activity. it's better to have a breakfast and pass a lunch than pass breakfast to have a lunch

that's quite true for the health reason, but of course actually we still need lunch for our energy for the whole day. that's why we always advised to eat 3x a day

Morning start a cup of coffee and eat breakfast as an energetic
to start up our daily activities. It is should to take a limited amount
of carbohydrate and simple super breakfast.
It makes you active and begin the work something else.

Taking too much carbohydrate is makes you little lazy and enrich with proteins.
One of the great benefits of protein foods is that they tend to offer a high level of satiety because they digest slowly.

I don't always eat breakfast, but I will agree that it is the most important meal of the day. I think so because think of the word broken apart break+fast, it's supposed to be the meal the "breaks" our over night fast. And if we skip breakfast (like I often do and regret it) we go too long without eating when we're waiting for it to be time for lunch.

That depends. If you want to do a heavy physical exercise, you need a good breakfast for your energy. Energy is important to support your day's activity. If you are not doing anything that needs physical strength,I guess you can go on without but make sure you have enough drink.

It is and I'm only understanding this after being vegan for 4 years, I didn't care about health before but now it just seems fun cause I'm eating better. What I learned watching nutritionists come to a food interview or reading blogs from chiefs is that it's more important because it defines how the day it's going to be: for example we must have protein at morning (there's protein in tofu, soy and many other sources ) cause it will keep us less hungry the WHOLE DAY, when I heard that I tested and it's true, wow.
The other thing is that you can have many fiber at morning and have your body working better the whole day. Resuming: you eat all the vitamins at morning and see your self working properly this day.
Thinking about it, I eat really well at morning.

for me, breakfast is a very important meal cause it provides me the energy to go through the day. if i didn't have my breakfast in the morning, i'll be hungry and i can't focus during my classes. so it really does affect my studies which is a bad thing. therefore, i always make sure that i have my breakfast before i go to class.

Well, despite the breakfast is just one of three main meals that we consume during the day, I agree with you, it might actually be the most important. I'll tell you precisely because it is the first we eat during the day. Must not be too heavy, so make it more difficult to address the commitments of the day. A good light but nutritious breakfast, I would say the best for the day.

Not if you are NOT hungry. If you are so your stomach will tell you. Also if you have a complete/large breakfast you should count with the fact that there is a lot of energy needed to digest, which means the other organs are hardly active and it makes you slow and sleepy so less alert and productive.
The best meals are those you take when you are really hungry.

yes it is.you need energy for the day and that means to have an caloric contribution in the beginning of the day.for example in the evening you may eat a lot ,but there is no use for the energy that food gives you because you will go to sleep.
let's face it ,if you skip breakfast you will be powerless and dizzy all day.
then you will be very hungry in the evening,and that is how we earn kilograms

yeah, they say that on average, breakfast eaters are more slimmer that others. because they tend to eat less in the afternoon. and you burn what you eat in the morning because you will really have to move in the morning while at night you will only sleep. and the energy you don't use becomes fat.

I dont know if it's the most important, but breakfast is definitely very important! You have nothing in your stomach and you need energy for the day that is beginning. A good breakfast can improve your mood and stamina. I know people that go out the house with just a coffee in their stomach eww that has nothing nutritious it's just caffeine.

yes.breakfast is important. We first of all require energy to do activities for that day..So first we must provide energy to our body first.So breakfast is really important..And also we should eat more in the breakfast than in afternoon and dinner...

Yes breakfast is most important meal but some persons has not habit of breakfast because their lunch time is early. They can skip breakfast and take lunch directly.

because we need lots of energy and vitamin in the morning and the best time to supply it is in the morning.. not like in the night, we're going to bed so we don't need to eat lots.. breakfast provides all the energy and vitamins we need for the rest of the day, lunch helps it too, so that is the reason why breakfast is so important for us.. and yes, you shouldn't skip breakfast because it's not healthy and some people say that if we skip breakfast we're brain is getting slower and slower each day, so don't skip breakfast :)

Yes it is. In fact, people say that skipping breakfast can ruin your health. breakfast is the most important meal. Skipping lunch is actually better than skipping breakfast. Some also say that you will live longer if you have breakfast everyday. I do not know if that is actually true or what. Skipping breakfast can lead to ulcer pains and cramps. Happy mylotting.
