my landlady is my neighbor.i hate them so much coz they hve no concern for neighbors..they are very very noisy and they always fight..they have two male kids and those kids are very troublesome...i hate them because they watch me when i took a bath through the small hole connected to their wall.

Well, it is stupidity that they watch you while bathing. you should block the whole and if you cant then throw dirty water through that whole so that they cant watch anymore.
what the hell that family? you should put a complain to municipality.

Perhaps it would bode well for you to find new living arrangements? If you are so disgruntled with your landlord, it may be for the best for you to move on.
How do you know that the two male kids watch you when you are bathing? Can you block the hole?
