Visa in Philippines

Hi! anyone there have an idea about the student visa and investor's visa in Philippines? I mean what are the advantages and the disadvantages of those visas?
I have a friend planning to invest a business in Philippines, but while he's in Philippines he wanted also to continue his studies there. What do you think is the best visa to be applied?

It depends on you friend's nationality. But if he has the supporting documents, then it should be easy getting a visa. :)

Thanks allamgirl. He has all the supporting documents but he is just asking opinion from me what is the best type of visa to be applied which is more advantages to him. Like the student's visa, I think it's more cheaper compared to the investor's visa but what would be the disadvantages on it?his main purpose to be in Philippines is to open a business and to continue his studies there.

How about asking the immigration department of that country? Don't you think they should know it?
