Hello again guys, so i have decided to ease up some of my diet plans to lose the last 10 pounds that i have been keeping for quite some time now.
And i am very willing to continue my style of small frequent meals and early and small eating in the evening. Hmmm, but i think i could use some more diet tips.
Do any of you guys have thoughts about diet plans?

my friend referred me to use the GM diet she discovered... she has lost quite a lot of weight because of it. well we are also following the same diet here at home and with my mom needing to lose the extra pounds, we are also doing the same diet. i have lost 2 pounds so far with no exercise because we are only eating all fruits... i think i can have more pounds lost if i would religiously follow it. =)

Continue what you already started and stick to it so that you body will adopt it. Eat more on fruits and vegetables, much better if you cook your own food. Drink water upon waking up and do some stretching every morning. Good luck

hi Nath, I am one of the mylotters who does not believe in diets.
I do need to lose a few pounds myself but dieting is not the way
for me...I try to exercise a little daily and I say a little because
I have 3 degenerated disc and one herniated disc in my back and
my health does not allow me to do to much excerise...I am not a
big eater I am probably just not eating the proper meals in a
timely time...

Well, I have presently cut out most all junk foods with obvious large amounts of sugar, plus chocolate and some carbs. That will help you loose weight. For me I have health reasons for leaving it out now but if you cut back on the sweets too your health will improve more than likely as well even if you don't have any that you know of, you will feel better. You'll be able to be more active as well after losing some weight.

I have been trying to go fully vegan. I am also trying to those the last of my weight and being vegan has help quite a bit. Plus only eating organic and not eating any meat/dairy is great for your well being. I honestly dont miss meet/dairy at all! I have tried alot of recipes that I find on Pinterest and I have to say they are very delicious.
