I bought a new pack from Kraft - think it was called instantly salad or something similar. It gives you marinade to cook your chicken in and then salad dressing for when you add the chicken to a salad. I made the Chicken Caesar one yesterday for my son and I and we loved it. They were on sale at the grocery store for 1.97 each so I had to try it.

Get a corn or vegetable-fed free range chicken that's so old and tough you have to boil or steam it (quite possibly, roasting it slowly at 120°C will do as well). Cook it with whatever you like (if you like herbs, I think that's delicious, but it's up to you) and serve it with whatever you like. I don't know where you're from, what your indigenous tastes are, so I can't comment further.

Hi, I know a very tasty dish from the Philippines (since I am a Filipino, haha.) called chicken adobo. Of course, you need a few pieces of chicken, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, sugar, laurel leaves, garlic, and onions. Mince the garlic and slice the onions very thinly (like for steak) then saute in oil. Add the chicken and wait until it's sort of brown, like a bit fried. Then add the soy sauce, according to how much saucy you'd want your dish to be. Add vinegar, about half of the amount of soy sauce you put in. Taste it and add a little water if it's too salty for your taste. Add about two teaspoons of sugar, season it a bit with pepper, then add the laurel leaves. Let it simmer for a bit, but don't let it dry up! You can add either (or all!) of the following, just to liven up the dish: potatoes, chopped into cubes, bananas, chopped into small pieces, pineapple, chopped into small pieces, and whole hard boiled eggs. If you want a hint of sweetness in your adobo, add more sugar and some evaporated milk. :) hope you like it!
