Very frustrated,bring back the pork

Why at Chinese resturants do they mainly have just chicken on their buffets?Whatever happened to the pork dishes do they really have to go so cheap on their customers?I am always on the look out for pork dishes such as sweet and sour pork,pork fried rice and eggrolls,as well as anything else they want to throw out there.I am just so frustrated with the chinese buffets I just feel like leaving and not coming back now when they do have pork dishes they are usually on the menu and over priced.So what is someone to do like me about wanting pork dishes.I have went to the extreme and tried to make sweet and sour pork and it turned out crappy so I might just give up on trying to make it anymore.
