Thanks for this post. I really need a stress reliever since I have been very busy reviewing for our board exams lately. I can say I'm really super stressed out.
I think among the steps mentioned, eating and chomping on chocolates is the best. Because eating chocolates actually helps our body release serotonin which is a "happy" hormone.
