Is too much stress will result to death?

is this too much stress will result to a sudden death, i just want to know..

Yes, of course it could. Too much stress could cause heart attacks or increased blood pressure or hypertension. Stress kills a lot of people every year. That's why there are many ways to watch out for these things. So avoid severe stress or you'll not know what hits you. Have a great MyLot experience ahead!

Stress can lead and trigger into so many illnesses like high blood pressure, depression, mental illness, cardiac arrest and so on and on...

If it too much then it will cause heart disease... It will be better if we can control our stress level... Find way that you most comfortable at and can make you relaxed.

In addition, in our life, we must feel good and relax to enjoy the "show". Life is like a show or game, you must be healthy, fun, relax to enjoy everything that might come and go. Win is not must, but only a target, and also about losing the "game", take it easy, take it like a game, you can always move on and be more thicker after all the losing you got in this "life game". I read somewhere that we must feel good to stay alive. Stress also can lead to overweight but most of the time, it lieads to high blood pressure or hypertension, and also it lead to heart attacks and also stroke, because blood flow is not well working. I think we must solve our stress as soon as possible, especially finding the root of our stress, it is really helpful, because when your stress is gone, you will feel better and better, and more healthier than before. This discussion is very very very useful for me! I tend to stress a lot lately, and I think it is not a good life style. After reading this, I will work my stress out of my life a bit, so everything will feel ok again. Sometimes i feel restless and cannot sleep until 4.30 AM...
