MyLot is a DISCUSSION forum. If you have something to discuss, then, so long as it abides by the Terms and the Guidelines, it is allowed.
Just asking for a link would probably not be a discussion and if you were asking for a link to an illegal download which breaches copyright, that would be in violation of the Terms.
Read the Guidelines: http://www.mylot.com/o/guidelines.aspx so that you know what is recommended and what is not allowed and, of course, read the Terms: http://www.mylot.com/o/terms.aspx (which you will have already done, of course, because you checked a box to say that you had when you signed up).
Much more useful and easy-to-read information about MyLot can be found in the FAQs: http://www.mylot.com/o/faq.aspx

You may be able to legally watch a movie online or stream it to your TV by using a paid service. In the US we have Netflix and HULU which charge a monthly fee for the service. Although both have a wide range of movies and TV shows, they don't have everything. They do have an free introductory people that allows you search for things. One way to stream Internet to TV is through a Roku box. Roku has a number of worldwide channels including Netflix and HULU. Some of the channels are free but it may depend upon the licensing in your country.
