hi vulgar. perhaps if you really want to lose weight you should give your body a rest and just lean back and enjoy life and not put yourself on such a rollercoaster. do you like oreos? eat them? peanut butter? gorge....candy, steak, etc....live it up. see what happens. oh and ice cream. plenty of ice cream. every day every night.

That's how I got to be over weight. Sadly I have a very slow metabolism and if I even look at pie I'm sure I gain weight.
I once gained 5 pounds in a week.

homemade apple pie!
It's so yummy!
I also love lemon meringue, blueberry and strawberry rhubarb. I could eat an entire pie in one sitting I'm sure!

make appointments wth friends, coworkers, church members or someone responcible to go on walks, eat lunch, or study with, so that both will be accountable and there will not be any excuses for your weight lose journey. maybe for the food that you love to eat and is high in calories put a spice or food additive on the food that will make it taste completely different and you wont want to eat it; this will help stop the cravings. keep a progress journey with someone else, so you will have a witness for your entries. in other words if this is to be done have a partner, because there will always be an excuses if done by yourself. have fun.

My friends don't like to leave the house :(
And I'm currently unemployed so that rules out asking any coworkers.
I don't really have anyone to ask.
I'm alone in most things, sadly.
I'll try keeping a food journal tho! Maybe if I bought a new pretty one it would entice me to stick to it.

Losing weight is not that easy. It may frustrate us with the result and eventually give up. You have to do it slowly plus a healthy living. If you lose weight rapidly then you gain weight easily and doubled. That's what i observe when i hurry my self losing belly fats. Exercise every other day and increase your time slowly.

Youa re right, it is really hard to keep motivated in loosing weight. Previously, I also into a weight loss but I loose the motivation to continue doing this, but I still have the discipline of watching what I eat.
