If you stick to the plan there is a greater level of success than if you just think about the plan.
Pedro wanted to be President and his friend Napoleon was hip to that plan. Napoleon campaigned for his friend, Pedro, and Pedro promised that if he was elected President that all of their wildest dreams would come true.
