So much sickness at home. Why ?

Lately my kids and I have been sick too often. I get sick with headaches and stomatch every 2 weeks. This last week I was sick for 4 days , on saturday night my younger son got fever I took him to the doctor , and still gets fevers last night at 2 in the morning, I was so sleepy this morning and had to get up to send the big boy to school , when he was getting ,he started with bleeding nose, it took long about 20 minutes, I went to the room because my son called me and he had fever of 39 , I am going to the doctor once again , I feel sick too with soar throat, very sleepy and tyred, I guess I just go now. Anybody can tell me why it can be or what can I do ? I really want to be very healthy with my kids. Any ideas?

if you want an explaination for me that would be story but i will shorten it.
first of all is the vitamins its really important to eat 1 orange a day which orange contain the vitamins most.
also they should have a balanced diet i know vitamins are good but getting more vitamins and forgetting the calcium and energy it will be a big deal.
weather. how is the weather there cold close the windows and get warm beside a fire or a coat , is it hot open the air conditioner at 23 degrees calcius depends on the heat.
second if you got floors made out of marble stone you better where something that warms your leg, the leg gets colder the most in the body and the tempreture goes right to the stomach which is really bad.
clean. the most of everything being clean, you have to be really clean to give you a protection form any bacteria or even viruses.
got a soar throat easy bring tea put some honey and lemon in it. and it will eventually go.
sleep. you need to SLEEP. the brain function isnt that strong to hand the information and fight the bacteria if you didnt have much of a sleep you will keep forgetting to keep clean.
and don't ever ever drink energy drinks i know they dont make you tierd but its really unhealthy really unhealthy.
hope you read this because it took me alot of time to write i really care about people health.

:( Sorry you are all sick. I've heard that the weather this year has been too warm to really kill off the bacteria and viruses like it usually does in the winter. I don't know if that is true for where you live, but seems to be true here!
The best and simplest advice I can give is to keep clean - keep your house clean, wash your hands often, use disinfecting wipes on door knobs and phones and other items everyone touches.
I also suggest avoiding public areas where sickness might be brewing. Not saying you shouldn't go out in public :) But when you do, avoid things like play areas which never get cleaned. I use disinfecting wipes on shopping carts now too.
Finally, eat healthy! Sometimes when the family is sick it is easy to get into the routine of eating junk food or easy foods. But if you eat lots of fruits and veggies you will get over the sickness faster and hopefully stay healthy for awhile.

Are you taking vitamins? Here in our country when the people on the house keeps on getting sick, we usually offer a prayer inside the house. That's what old people believes and believe it or not in works but not all the time. With your case, try to disinfect the house. Maybe there is a virus inside the house that you and your kids are passing to each other.

Have to check your foods, water , air and the environment your family is staying.MAybe the food and air is contaminated , or maybe the food your are cooking is something wrong.Sometime pests like rats , droppings from cockcroache lizards can cause sickness and such. IS the pollution around your house ? Is the house in good condition , is there moss or contamination on your walls? air conditions ? water piping and such.

Could it be the weather my friend? Is it very hot there now? Or is too cold?
Though, i find it very helpful for my immune system to be taking 1000 mg vitamin C each day. In addition, i drink lots of water to wash out the toxins from my body. And i eat fruits and veggies each day.

Hello, safety69. Well, I suggest B-12. That is the best thing for colds. When my brother wont over seas for the military he told me that they gave him a lot of B-12 to keep from getting sick.
I started taking them a year ago, and now I see that I only have about 2 colds per year. That is MUCH better than a cold about every other month. That is what I was averaging.
I just feel healthier as well. I also am a vegan. (But I cheat, because I love chicken too much to quit eating it.) And I have seen major changes in my health as well.
