I noticed that when gets older, physical abilities reduced, such as the ability of the eyes, stamina, and so on. Could not resist the aging process or death even though live in the age of modern advanced technology. How do you look at this reality and how to face it in order to get the best in life?

It is rather inevitable for most of us, some of us much sooner than others and other people are going to have a bit longer at optimal health. But I know as the years, pass, as twenties edge into thirties, thirties edge to forties, and really so on and so forth, it is just inevitable that there will be certain things that I will be either unable to do or not as well.
I think in the end when we are older, we have to creatively use what abilities we have to get the most out of life. Some people who are a few steps slower that I see actually are finding some ways to get a lot more out of life. It is rather admirable right in many ways, just how they have not taken the stamp of aging and really have just run away with life.

Aging is inevitable. Even if we are able to reduce some wrinkles because of modern means our bodies will not be able to prevent it from getting weaker.
However, we can delay our bodies from getting weaker as we age, if we will always exercise and eat lots of fruits and vegetables and get supplements.
But to avoid it no, we will arrive on that.
So, as early as now, i try to be always on the move or mobile. I eat lots of fruits and veggies , drink vitamin supplements and make my brain active by mylotting.

The ageing process is quite a reality to be recognized as inevitable in the course of one's life cycle. It is completely natural that one gets feeble with the advancing age. All sorts of discomfort and uneasiness creep in to the body. The solution lies in the positive attitude of a person fully realizing the truth of becoming older with age. It is getting old happily which is advisable.

Ageing is a process and should be accepted for reality.
We cannot avoid the physical depreciation - it will slowly reduced in time.
The looks as well will never be the same.
However, facing the truth and accepting reality should be with open mind.
Enjoy the old age- as it is a proof of your achievements.

Old age is just a part of one's future. There are many situations that could be frightening about which we know nothing. Atleast looking at other old people we sure know what to expect. Even then there is hardly anything one can do to either delay it or shoo it away!

there are ways to reduce the aging process, my friend. if we arrange a healthy life, we will go through this process peacefully and happily. if you're 50 years old but you will look like 25 and her childish character, what would happen? I'm sure you will be very sad! Each stage of life, we will experience life in many ways.

I do agree when we grows older, the physical abilities might reduce, but I also believe having a healthy life helps a lot.
My health condition is much better than two years ago, I believe it's because I do more exercise when taking care of my son full-time in this one and a half year. I play together with him, exercise with him, bring him to park, doing more housework and walk more often at home too. Also, because I want to prepare healthy food for my son, I also eat healthier, and having more fruits and vegetables too. Hence I believe, sometimes age doesn't really matter, it's how we live our lives that matter. Exercise and eating well play an important role here.

I believe to live life like its your last day. DOnt just think your are just going to age, and die its sort of depressing. I think of tomorrow, next week, and eve enxt year. I set myself goals, and make myself happy knowing I could die anyday and I dont want to regret or miss out on something.
