I'm curious if there's a blogger/site owner here from the Philippines who use VigLink? It's an advertising platform similar to Kontera (I think...) I'm asking because of its payout scheme. I need to submit a form before getting paid and.... I don't know which form to use...hahaha!! Thanks for the help.
