I'm not fat but I love to eat chocolate. My friends gave me a warning saying that it wasn't good eating chocolate everyday cause it can turn me fats but till now I'm not fat but I can never know in the future I'm fat because of chocolate. Is it true eating chocolate can cause fat? Do anyone out there turn fat after eating lots of chocolate.?

Don't worry, about such things if you want to eat chocolates regularly then no issue whatsoever. Have it. fun it. taste it. enjoy it. don't bother about the fat if you are regularly doing exercising or walking. It helps us to burn calories and gives the perfect body shape...

Wow.. That's really a good answer that I've found. I'm a chocolate lOver but since my friend told me that,I'm afraid to grow fat. Since you reply,I really thank you cause for me your answer make sense too.. Any thing got to do with chocolate I like (; and thank to every one who commenting in here too.. At the same time I also understand and know what do chocolate have in it.(this part I wanna thank to the few people who commenting above)

You are asking what chocolate has in it. It has healthy Flavenoids and anti-oxidants. These are the things that prevent cancer by killing free radicals. Cocoa is very very good for you. Cocoa is chocolate. It is only when they add extra oils and fat and reduce the amount of cocoa is where you run into the health problem.
Eat chocolate but like I said stick to the dark with lot's of cocoa and the Hershey's unsweetened and you will do something good for your body instead of harming it. Just because you are exercising doesn't mean you can eat whatever you want. Like the poster said below, you can be thin and not healthy as well.

You can get fat from eating too much of anything. If you eat more calories than you burn off you will get fat no matter what it is. If you like chocolate but worry about weight gain why not try different forms of it. The worst is milk chocolate because it is high in fat and low in cocoa which is what gives you those healthy flavenoids. White is even worse as there is no cocoa at all. Try dark chocolate with cocoa and no hydrogenated oils. Stick to about an ounce a day and you'll be fine.

If you do lots of exercise then this might by why you don't put a lot of weight on even though you like to eat chocolate. I know that I love chocolate and I soon realised that if I wanted to carry on eating it, I was going to have to start exercising more in order to make up for the amount that I was eating. Now, I only tend to eat chocolate every couple of days, and this is a great improvement rather than the way that things used to be. I feel a lot healthier, and chocolate feels like more of a treat rather than a staple of my diet like it was before.

Everything is alright in moderation, but if you eat a lot of chocolate then it isn't going to be good for you. The thing is, just because you're not fat this doesn't mean that you're going to be healthy, nor does it mean that bad foods aren't going to cause a problem for you in later life. One of my Mother's friends had a heart attack at the age of 34 when she thought that she was fit and healthy, but then it turned out that she was unhealthy because of the fact that she had eaten bad foods for the whole of her life, and they had taken a toll on her body.

we have to be moderated in everything that we do or eat.it is healthy to eat chocolate-it seems that is good for the heart,or something like that.
i am also a chocoholic but you don't have to do excesses.
eat small amounts and not really every day.
in fact think that after a few days(in which you will keep chocolate away) it will be even more tasty

yes ayang choclate will make you fatty vary faster but if you dont want to get fatty then remind some small things which i am tellin you first.
1 try to eat them how much less you can do.
2 start drinking lemon water every day a best way to to burn fat
3 dont drink water after eating it create problem in digesting and result will come with more callories
4 or last and the only way is jogging,walking & exercise & all which most of the people dont like to do...
