why peoples are not facing problems

i have seem a lot of people when they are looking any trouble they starting ignoring it where they have to face the problem,like my staff they are not working after that they are only blaming each other.can any one help me to inspire them for working hard.......

Tell them "blaming each other , what did you get,? Enjoy? If you work hard,you get money. Isn't that good. You blame each other never get money"

dear i am cant work hard without there support i am there just for commanding but working properly is in their hands

Ohhh I see.. I understand now.. But it's quite difficult to figure out cause honestly I've never been in ur shoe and if I were in ur shoe ,I myself dont know what to do. Sorry

It is hard to inspire people to work hard unless you are able to come up with a solution that brought about the problem. Blaming each other is just waste of time and it will not help your staff at all. They need to find the root cause of the problem and work to towards solving it.
