tenkasu recipe

I wanna make takoyaki and i wanna make tenkasu one of tako ingredients... I've make some but it's not really good... So anyone please share some tenkasu recipes for me :-)

Hardly a recipe! Tenkasu is just the small bits of batter which inevitably drop off when making tempura. If you don't make tempura enough to have any tenkasu in store, just heat up some oil in a pan and sprinkle droplets of tempura batter into it. When they are lightly browned, remove with a slotted spoon and drain. In England, the same sort of thing happens when frying fish in batter and these scraps were often sold very cheaply or sometimes given away to small boys who hadn't enough money for a fish and chip supper.

Hahaha... It's just difficult to make it crispy... When i make it, mostly it join and became not really crispy... Maybe there is some trick to make it Better... I usually use rice flour...

I think that the secret is hot oil (and preferably enough so that the little pieces of batter float). Also quite small drips of batter (which should be pourable - about the thickness of cream). Rice flour should help to make them crisp, I think.
