Telecalling scam in India! beware of prize win claims!

thanks for posting this kind of informational posts. now there are lots of scams in different types. the reason behind this type of scams is the people want to become more rich with less time and less effort. so they believe in this types of things and goes behind that and end up in a great problems.

There are a 1000s of such scams around. The best way to avoid such things is -NOT- to entertain any such things, as log as we are really required. If we have mony in excess look for some authorised/genuine investments. The retrun may be less, but our capital and small intersts will be safe. If we look for short-custs are the problem maker. They know how to manipulate things and they can easily get SOME Customers in any way, as everybody is looking for some easy money. Out of 100 people, they can easily get 5-7 people and they are the targets. Your discussion is an expample, but still people will run after such business deals.

Hello, I have also same experience for 2 times but luckily I was escaped from all those cheating people. Both of the time, I was offered in some different way and from different people. As soon as I got those offer, I told them to call me after sometime and between that period I searched for those companies activities on the internet and found them as doing fraudulent business. When they called me again, I ask them in a loud voice about their fraudulent policy and soon they bypassed all those questions and ended their call. To all those cheater I request not to cheat such innocent and honest people. Because, for their wrong doing, some genuine company or people can suffer a lot in the coming days. We might not believe the real and honest people. So, if all those cheaters till want money, I would advise them to beg rather than cheating. Because begging is better than cheating.

I heard about this types of scams before. We will get phone calls, messages and mails saying you got huge amount of money and do so and so... even i had received some mails like this. but as i was aware of this scam i dont even bother to read the whole mail and delete it out. So i advice every body in mylot not to follow such scams dreaming about becoming crorepathi.

This is very sad for your friend and her husband. They were scammed and there really isnt anything to do to replace the money they lost. They can report it to the local police, to file and further an investigation. Sadly, these types of scams are all over the place, and happen daily.
