Freelancer - What's your experience?

Kindly advise, NEVER JOIN Freelancer!!!!!! 1. It's a fake site of Freelance.com for which freelance.com is microsoft-recognized! 2. It requires you to post your passport and IC pictures in order to get paid, which they can do something bad easily! 3. My friend joined and be paid several months ago, do you know how he got paid? Contacted our local police and warned the site owner!

Freelancers earn standard amount of money depending on his abilities and types of works he do. But their are some fake sites. They will ask ur personal banking or maybe passport information and can surely through u into trouble. But there are legitimate sites. You need to search a little bit. Better check on various free freelancer websites' reviews published on internet. I was also a freelancer. I don't do it right now though.
