To make the body well formed many go to gym. At the nice morning or evening they spend hours at a closed room and become sweated. But we can make our body healthy and attractive by exercising on a open space. In this case skipping can be a good exercise. We can keep our body fit by skipping for half an hour. To run also also a good exercise. Keep some thing 10 to 15 yards difference and collect them by running. Do it again and again . To be capable of doing hard work and make the muscles strong these exercises are very effective.

Sure it's possible to keep fit and healthy without ever visiting the gym. Though someone might want to go to the gym for the connivence of maybe having a personal trainer to keep them accountable and show them what they need to be doing if they want their bodies toned in a certain way.
I personally like to skip outside, it's very fun! I can't afford a gym membership right now, so I have to do all my working out for free.

Jogging is good and it's better if we have friends accompany us hahaha...
But it's all for lower body...
For upper body you need sit ups or push ups or pull ups...
Oh there is swimming... can build most part of muscle but you need some time to spend at pool...

I like using the gym in cold winter months or if I am working out late at night... otherwise the rest of the year I love doing my workouts outside in the fresh air!!! It makes the workout so much better

I think that the gym is great because there is nice equipment there, you never have to worry about the weather, and the atmosphere can be good. However, I don't think that there is any need to use a gym when you could do pretty much the same thing at home for a lot cheaper. I would never pay for a gym because I can go running or cycling outside, and I have some weights at home as well so I am able to do that if I want to. People might get a buzz from going to a gym, but certainly from a health perspective there is no need to do so.

Running, jogging, walking.. all are open air exercises & they are the best ways to build up your body. In all the books I have read as well as the TV shows I have seen relating to saying healthy, about staying fit, they always mention that one needs to do these activities regularly to stay fit & healthy.
In addition, swimming in an outdoor pool - wonderful exercise!!! Swimming is one exercise that is simultaneously relaxing & at the same time provides a full body workout.....

I do agree that making outdoors excercise sometimes is more entertaining, but some people like me don't have enough time to do our workout but in a gym. Also I love running but it's better for me if I don't run always outdoors because my muscles get worn. I'm making Insannity workout and its been really helpful, although I admit it's not for everyone.

You are right, going to gym to keep you fit anf healthy is not always the fnal option. You can have it at home by doing some exercise. Or if you want something different, you can go outside the village and take a walk or run. Doing ths for an hour canhelp you make healthy.

Hi there,
Agree with you about body healthy but depends on the person activities in their everyday life. Need exercise to those people which always sit in the car, chair in the office, even in the house - these people mostly going to gym and open air for exercise. However, there are many people not necessary to have exercise hardly because the nature of their work like construction and working alike which need physical strength.... but the bottom line is food take discipline. see you around

It is true that doing more 'kid' activities is a good way to exercise. But you have to be confident in yourself enough to do them.can you imagine the looks you would get if you skipped to work instead of driving? For sure it would be a calmer and funnier world if we skipped instead of drove, but unfortunately our society is driven more by money and societal views than fun.
