What programs are you using when making designing calling cards and invitations?

I am about to revamp my old stall in our neighborhood. before we have this MP3 file downloading hub for customers and we have it as a sideline with my former boyfriend before. It's like less than $0.02 per song of choice and we will download and transfer the file to them (LOLS... How cheap it could be. so 5 songs are Php10 or $0.02) And now my brother knows how to edit. I know how to make t-shirts and pretty much getting back to that invitation making and personalizing calling cards. For those mylotters out there, do you use a certain program to make or design calling cards, invitation cards, souvenir items and such? tell me more and happy mylotting :)
