Faith Vs. Love

For those of you in the faith, if you get involved with someone that doesn't hold onto the same faith as you but make it a major factor that they MUST share this faith to be with you, and they promise that they will, would you easily believe this and allow yourself to create a romantic relationship with them? For me, because God is my priority, I would want my partner to prioritize God as well. I would want them to truly change for God with genuine intentions of getting to know the Lord first.
