I am very sad to give farewell party to my best friend. He is leaving the country for studies at UK. Well, I will miss him so much. We share all things together from childhood.

It is a sad event, but at the same time you have to be happy for him. He has an opportunity to further his studies overseas, and your support as his best friend would encourage him to be the best at whatever he is trying to achieve. In time, maybe your friendship will get stronger even if you both are living miles apart.

Leaving friends in your life can make you to put sadness on our face. Now I am very sad becuase I need to tell good bye and all the best to all of them because I need to go far away from them for attaining my carrier. I hope I will surely meet them after all my courses and I also hope that my friends will do the best for success.

Farewell is a tough word for me..I just go back to my memories a farewall at school was the one I never forget ..We were a crowd of almost 30 members and most of them are well spread all over the world..But we did not meet ( I mean the whole of 30 at once) so I really miss all of them now.

Bidding farewell to an intimate friend is heartbreaking experience. As the old saying goes: To part is to die a little. You will definitely be missing him.

I was very sad when my Japanese friend had to go back to Japan. She lived in Denmark for a while and then she had to go back to Japan. We spent a lot of time together while she was still in Denmark. We visited many different places together, because she wanted visit the different parts of the country before she was going back to Japan. Sometimes we just talked, listened to music or spent together in my home. When she was leaving we promised eachother to stay in touch and the next 5 years we exchanged letters every month. In 2002 she came back to Denmark for a short visit, and it was so great to see her again. After that our letters continued, but one day we lost touch. Last year I found her on Facebook, and now we back in touch. I think that is wonderful I hope to visit her in Japan one day.

good day maksud33,
well, it is really difficult to deal with that type of issue. that when someone needs to leave and will live far from you. that you can't do anything because the situation needs it. and you cannot even stop it since it is beneficial. thus, in this instance, you just need to communicate constantly just to update and patch up the things.
cheer up my friend, just stay close to your bestfriend by means of constant communication.

It is really hard and sad when a friend leave, just think that it is for his own good and for his better future. There are so many ways now to stay connected unlike before.
My best friend is now have her own family and living quite far from our place but we still have good communication due to techonology. And every time we have chance to meet like when she visited in her family, we always catch up on things with each other.

Yes, my bestfriend leave last 2006 and stayed in Germany with her husband. It really sad when your best friends leaves you and starting a new life without him/her. I am met her when we were high school and we became bestfriends and treat each other like sisters. I am sad when she leave me but i am very happy for her because I know that she have a better life with her husband in Germany than staying here. Although she is very far from me but we often talk to each other via Skype or email at least we still have a good communication up to now. i a just always praying for her safety and good health since she is alone there and no other relatives aside from her husband.
