Get relief from pain by food

Those who are suffering from pain for years together they face difficulties to do their daily work. Even they feel problem to wake up from bed for pains in knees, back, shoulder, neck or other parts of the body. Physicians give them advice to do exercise. Reducing weight by doing exercise some can get rid of ache. But for some people it is not possible to do exercise regularly. So the experts are emphasizing on food to get rid of pains. For this food habits should have to be changed. Cereals including wheat should be eaten with their thin covers. These covers are beneficial for our health. Foods enrich with magnesium and minerals are helpful to get rid of pins. Spice like ginger is helpful for lessening pain. Experts are giving advice for long time to drink tea mixed with ginger. Turmeric has ingredient of pain killer. Omega-3 fat acid is found in walnut which has also the component of pain killing. Salmon fish also has omega-3. Including curd and butter milk products have calcium and vitamin D. Fruits like graves have pain reliever component like aspirin.

Nice to know that tea is advised since I am a tea drinker. I could really feel relaxed and better whenever I am drinking a hot green tea. healthy foods or having a healthy diet could really help us be healthy and be able to treat some illnesses or conditions in our body. And there are comfort foods too and those can help us deal with sadness, depression or stress.

Hi bhanusb, good to know that food can relieve pain. I know that Magnesium minerals containing foods can be very helped in relieving pain. I love the detail of your discussion. I would definitely recommend it to friends when in pain. Ginger that is also great. Does not mean that only the omega-3-fatty acid gotten from sources you mentioned above can contain pain killing substance. What from other sources of omega-3 fatty acid? Fruits are also good and I really learnt from you today. Thank God that not to go pharmacy to get pain killers but containing natural foods help.

Hi Chikezie, thanks for your response. I forgot to mention about garlic. In almost all herbal medicines garlic is an important ingredient. You can eat pieces of raw garlic everyday. You will get relief from pain. Garlic also beneficial for those who are suffering from high blood pressure. Because it helps to make blood thinner.
