A bad posture can provide back pain

A bad posture can provide back pain, and perhaps something more serious for our vertebrae. I remember, during the last years, when I was writing on the keyboard, standing in a bent forward posture, accused of pain during the hours of bed. I was then advised to stand straight, looking at the screen, with no bend in front. I must say that they were right! Fortunately I am not a person who suffers from pain in a particular way. And hopefully it continues like that with the passage of time! So as primary counsel for those who suffer from back pain I can without doubt say that the key thing is a correct posture. In speaking to those people who spend many hours in front of the PC.

Hi! most notorious agent leading to back pain is poor posture. We don't even realize it till one of us gets corrected for it! And event then we fail to acknowledge the importance of that particular postilion. All these aches and pains can vanish them simply adapting practices which do not place extra pressure on the different areas of the body! In your case ideally you should be sitting up straight with a small cushion tucked in between you and the sofa! Cheers!!

Incorrect posture can really make back pains. I read one article that you must have the proper or correct posture in sitting or standing to prevent back pains. Now, I am currently experiencing back pains from long sitting in from of PC. I am trying to improve my sitting position to reduce the pain. Also, when I am about to feel the pain, I stand and walk for a while. Good day!

Hi, Good to know you are in pink of health as of now and i do wish you lead a healthy & happy life with lesser pains (not only physical but financial as well) Of course the pain do lead to spondylitis and the treatment will take more time to cure. So i put prevention is better than cure and so follow proper and safe postures while working on PC, sitting on chair, walking etc. These are some of the areas where we don't pay much attention but later on suffer from pains. Although i sit properly in from of my desktop but sometimes i too get back pain, however i follow few simple exercises so the pain don't kill me.

Certainly a bad posture can provide back pain. I experienced it and i suffered really bad. Slouching can also impede a good circulation throughout our body thus it is indeed unhealthy. If you're not use to observe good posture and proper body mechanics then it's time to practice.

Back pain is a killing feeling.I remember i suffered from back pain after my baby for not maintaining a right position and i used to swallow many pain killers.Sitting or standing straight are the best remedies for overcoming back pain.If not handled properly may lead to severe problems.

I have excessive lordosis. It's a part of your back bone just above your buttocks. That curved bone. Mine is curved excessively, that's why when i walk i walk like a model on a ramp. It's also a common ramp model's disease. So when i sit, i need a pillow to support that part of my back or i'll suffer from pain.

I have had plenty of experiences with back pain. I have had to go to the emergency room a few times. Believe it or not, that pain has a great amount to do with your back. Fish oil can help also.

Hi alberello! Yes i do agree and i also have been suffering from back pain for last three years and now i realised this only coz of my bad posture during the time i spent in previous job.Where i had to stay in the same position for maximum time in front of my pc and moreover the sitter is also not as flexible as it could help me to strach my body after every a gap of time, which led my this back pain. But now feels little bit better than earlier and the attack is also became very rare though i do some physical hard working tasks. This could be possible only coz of regular exercise(yoga),the indian art of exercise.
