First, you should probably ask a vet what to do. They may have some helpful tips as to how to get the mother to feed her babies, or if that fails then they could recommend or instruct you on how to bottle-feed the babies. I know I've seen bottle-feeding milk in the grocery store for newborn kittens. I hope you get those beautiful babies fed and that they have good homes soon!

Go to Pet Store or Vet's office and get milk for kittens, you will need to bottle feed them every 2-3 hours to save them. It's only for a few weeks then they will learn to eat solid food. I have done this several times and the benefit is that these kittens will love humans and be the best house cats you ever had. After all you're their Mom.

If she continues to refuse to feed them you may need to feed them with an eye dropper or bottles made specifically for kittens. Most major pet stores carry kitten milk for you to feed the newborns.

Take them to the vet so they can get them started on formula feeding. You will probably have to bottle feed them. Also, take the momma cat as well so they can evaluate her. Maybe there is something wrong which is making it difficult for her to nurse he babies.
