Is being nagger a bad habit and it is acceptable only for girls?

Oftentimes,a woman would nag its because there is a reason. But if she nags with reason at all, it's a different story right? Nagging would often associated with anger in a woman. But do u believe that only girls are capable of doing this and that men are exempted? That if a man would tend to be always nagging he belongs to the gender of "female", or he is suffering of what we called "identity crisis". Please share your thoughts and ideas...cheers! Thanks
