'Who's been saying?'

When I read some discussions, sometimes I feel there is a little difference in looking at the words when I noticed a picture of those who speech. Is your view of the words may change if you pay attention to 'who's been saying?' Would you pay more attention to 'who has said' or stay focused on the words?

Sometimes i take a look at the profile picture of the one who started a discussion, when it seems of a strong emotional turmoil.
However, what they have are just avatars not their real picture. So, to know him more i would go to his profile and try to get to know him more through his discussions and the responses he gives.
That way, i get a glimpse of the person speaking.

I always do that to mylotter whose discussion is something that i can really relate and is interesting.
Going through his/her discussions , i can more or less what type of a person is she or he.

In fact life, I usually focus both: words and who's been saying. However, there is a bit different when we're online. Avatar and user can't express all who's been saying. So, I usually focus on words. I sometimes will focus on "Human" with some friends who I communicate for a long time and I know them very much.

That's wise, when you can focus both. So you can give the right respond:)

It depends when the discussion she/he started is apply to her I would look the one who is talking but sometimes it doesn't matter to me. Normally if I read some respond-er to my discussion and I think her answer somehow disrespectful I looked at her profile if he is quite older to me. But sometimes the age did not saw in the profile. I like to address person who is much older to me so that's why I looked at their ages in their profile to address them properly.

Most of the time I just pay attention to eh discussion. But sometimes, specially when I have read several posts by the same person, I am biased by the mental picture I have of him/her.
