Please hlep~The IELTS examination is so difficult to me!

Hello everybody!
Now i want to get the IELTS band 7,but my listening&writing ability are so poor!
Though lots of excercises had been done,i can feel nothing improved~
As i will have the examination in July,i am so nervous and panic.
The most thing i need,i think,maybe is the method of learning efficiently!
But now i dont't kown what to do totally~
Thence,I hope many friends can be made here,and benifit each other successfully~
BTW,I love the english movices very much.
I am so appreciate to anyone who can guide and teach me!Thanks!

i think you are talking about ilet exam, you just join coaching centtres and start working hard,its too late if u dont work hard now,join coaching centres ,try grasping as much as you can ,and leran in new way like,when you are studying sit down with highliter and highlight the whole sentence which you think is important,which that would make it easier for you to learn,and revise and it easily to remember ,so just try out the new way of studying,i guess thiss might help you!!!
