My mom has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and the whole family was really devasted. It never occurred to us that our mom, who is the strongest of us all would have an illness such like this. My mom together with my dad and two sisters flew to Houston, Texas in the hopes to find a cure there. It has been said that the best cancer center is in Houston, Texas and the family just decided right away to go with the option for my mom to be treated there.
With the rest of us left here, every night we do our vigil for my mom. I know with the power of prayer God will listen to our petition. My mom is strong and I know she will be blessed. We just have to be positive about it and pray that everything will go well. Our family has faith in God that our mom will get well. She is a fighter and a strong believer to our Lord Jesus Christ.
I would also like to get this opportunity to ask you who is reading this one to include my mom in your prayers. You may not know me or our family but your prayer would be very helpful. Our family would be very much grateful for your prayers. Thank you. And God be with you all.

I agree about the power of prayer. I always feel calm, peaceful, and happy every time I do the prayer. Sometimes, we don't get what we want, but we get what we need, so be patient and keep hoping and positive thinking. Hope your mom will be ok.

Thank you so much. I know that whatever we have is just borrowed, but it would mean a lot us if our prayers will be answered. I know that God will surely here our prayers.
