So I broke down and went to the dentist yesterday I have been putting it off for well 6 years now so it was not fun I hate the dentist and it's so expensive as well so I had to fillings done as my teeth were all born with deep groves in them so when I was younger they sealed them up so no cavity would form now that I'm older they needed to re do them but instead of seslents they put fillings in so they will last better and protect my teeth as they are also extremely sensitive well its been 24hours now and my mouth still hurts!! It's hard to eat and talk and it really ducks I'm sitting at work looking at my food wondering will itbe more painful to eat or not to eat

I do hope your feeling better. I need to have all my teeth pulled and dentures to replace them. It's gonna cost about 8 grand, and I've been waiting 7 yrs. I'm in alot of pain and have a difficult time eating on a daily basis. What I find so frustrating is I'm on disability and have medicare. Medicare doesn't cover any any dental. In my opinion dental work is as important as medical. I wish our government could understand this. Plus dentists want all the money upfront! No wonder so many people have bad teeth and don't/ can't get them fixed.

aw im sorry u hurt =( =( =( i know what ur going thru. my filling fell out the other day and i didnt know it and i ate ice cream and boy it hurt my teeth sooo bad and i thought i was so over them haha! i also need to go see a dentist. over here where im from there is this place i have to drive to. its in San Antonio which is like an hour or so away and they have this place where anyone can get dental care for really REALLY cheep. like feelings are 50 dollars and crowns are 200 dollars but the only small downside to it is dental students that are doing the job. but there are real dentists looking over their sholder to monitor them. that's where im going to go when i have enough money saved up. i need some work done. have u tried drinking soup?!

Yeah I'm greatful my dentist cuts you a break if you don't have any insurance so it only cost me 200 for the two fillings and one sealing

I'm going back to have a filling done on Monday... that's fine, certainly won't be the first or the last one - at least I have all my teeth!

I don't like the dentist either but I only wish I could get my teeth fixed. =( I'm sorry your in so much pain. The two times in my life that I actually got to go see a dentist it was VERY painful after I left! If I ever have enough money to go again they will be knocking me out first before they do the work and I will be going home with pain medicine, Lol. I hope your pain goes away soon and you can eat again. =)
