Men vs.Women

Both take vital roles in bringing the children. No one is greater than the other. No one is better than the other. They have their differences in all they are doing, like in decision making and advice and all. That's the reason why a single parent has difficulty being a mother and a father because each one is unique and this person can no possess both.

Well,in my view,i think women are better parents than men,because children are loved by mother more than father,father is better to earn more money for the family,haaha ~~

Only (grown up) kids can say if their parents were good (for them) or not. Fact is that men and women are not the same, there is a reason why. Women are the ones who get preganant and give birth, this would be useless if they don't have the feeling of motherhood, caring inside of them. So the way they are parent, do take care is in their dna. The bond (if there is any) between a father and child is completely different, so is the way they care for it as well. Many men don't even like their own kids (to take care of) under the age of 2-3 years old since like they say: the kid is not speaking, there is less interaction, etc. The way men show their emotions is also different from the way women do. I think especially small children do need a female/mother, the kind of care they give way more as they need a father. From a certain age on I don't know if women do a better job as men. It all also depends on where you live (country/civilisation), if you work, how much time are willing to invest in your child (which doesnt mean driving it to all kimd of lessons).

Hi dede, I don't have a lot to say but this is my honest opinion. children need love, attention, someone to teach them morals, be it come from a man or women....honest its hard to say one is better because there are childen who is actually caught in a catch 22...where neither one of their parents didn't/don't have the sense to raise a goldfish.

Hmm interesting. I think the women is at least more important then the men because it is by nature. The women feed up the kids when they are small but however and the men has its part in kids. So I think is the two persons are really important because one kid needs a mum and a father!

I believe that men can be as good parents as women but based on what is really happening, there are lots of women who are better parents as men. There are lots of single mothers too compared to single fathers which already one proof of who are better parents. And for families with complete parents (both father and mother), still mothers are more hands on when caring their kids whether both parents are working or not.
