Am i still inloved with my x bf?

I am twenty years old, having partner already and pregnant now. I'm happy because at last i found my true love, he is very responsible and a loving one. One thing only bothered me is that, i always dreamed still with my x boyfriend where we've shared almost three years in our relationship. I am just wondering why i dreamed of him and not with the guy i have right now instead? Do i really still love with my x bf? But, there's nothing i can ask for, i am happy and contented of what i have right now. He love's me and i do really love him,too.
