Is it possible to change the frequencies of Sony Xperia S?

I bought a Sony Xperia S and turns out it doesn't work with Mobilicity so I was wondering if there was some way for me to make it work on Mobilicity. Mobilicity needs the phone to have AWS 1700/2100.
