Prediction The Netherland vs Denmark

I think this match would be the battle of the midfield. Both teams like to play the 4-5-1. Of course, talent wise Holland is head and shoulders above Denmark, but physically both teams are well matched. I think in Sneijder, Van Persie, Van Bommel and Robben, the dutch have too much of firepower for the Danes to handle. I think the Dutch will win this match. So far my Euro prediction has been really poor. Two predictions and both wrong, so let's hope this one start me going right. :) Cheers! Ram

Today, no offence to others, I wanted Denmark and Germany, my reasons, Denmark is the team for pretty much my whole dorm, and Germany just because I did not want Ronaldo to win . I thought they were 'okay' games today, can't wait for tomorrow though, and the rest of the euro cup action.

Hiya adhyz, Sorry I did not see this game I would like to see them play as it takes great courage to play against the really top of the tops in football. Also I don´t know any of these Footballers at all will try to look them up when I can too. I was watching and was very lucky to watch the Girl Gymnasts Competition it was not to qualify for the Olympics but for the European Competition 2012. Spain and Greece have both shown great courage to be up against the Russian Girls if you have ever seen them you will know what I mean because they always take risks no matter what they go out for 100 percent. Although this is not Football the intention is the same giving their very best so Spain and Greece gave their very best but they did not win and they did everything with a big smile on their faces and no crying or giving way to emotions. One of the Spanish Girls lost the Ribbon she was competing with believe it or not it was thrown so high that it got stuck on one of the beams of the inside Roof so she had to keep going without it. What I am saying here is the intention to compete playing against the lions like you have mentioned Greece one of the lower down the list teams they gave it all and it worked out for them. Whether they eventually win or not is of no consequence as they have already won for many people who have seen them. They will become favourites because many runner ups are always favourites too. Adhyz you should be writing for Sports your narration is par excellence. I find out more on your football posts than I can surfing in the internet. Will be watching what I can as my kids watch Football but on the Television and for their own Teams so usually I have to watch their Teams if you get what I mean.xxx

Holland ought to win and Holland must win in order to qualify with top placing. Denmark isn't as good unlike Holland. Considering individual skills and ability to change games, Holland has more of such players than Denmark. Besides, Holland is known for their passing game, ball holding ability and technique, which is why i can't see Holland falling to Denmark. Holland may not crush Denmark, maybe just 1-0 or 2-1.

I think the Dutch should win. I can't think of any particular reason right now, the timing of this Euro games is not good for my brain... They start so late, way pass my bed time! And I still want to watch the next game between Germany and Portugal too. Would be interesting to see Ronaldo and Ozil against each other...

Who would have expected a Danish win tonight against the World Cup finalists?? Even after the first goal, one would have expected a Dutch win, but it just kept running away from them, and 3 precious points to Denmark. The Netherlands are now at a very difficult position, being the toughest Group in the competition!
