Seeking for an active forum site to gain referrals.

I'm seeking for a currently active forum, which I mean active for both admin and members, where there's a 'internet earning' sub-topic where I can post my own link and gain referrals. Here's my favourties:
1. The site must be active for both admin and members, the scam sites are always deleted and the new sites are always posted.
2. There must be enough human-traffic and NOT automated-traffic which is useless to get real readers and referrals. My purpose is to get referrals for the sites I join.
3. Every post there must be commented by at least 1 person, and the person commented SHOULD NOT be the admin.

I get quite a good traffic from them but if you do a search you might also find more that could be useful.
Advice:
Some if the forums don't like duplicate posts so do a search before trying to post your link as some forums do ban people.
Put your link in the signature so it is automatically posted when you write a reply. Be helpful and informative and don't be a spammer.

I believe that Mylot is best forum place that fits your qualification. Here you can gain referrals by placing your links in your profile. You can also message your friends to sign up under your referral links.
